Senior Management will ensure that the effective mix of resources is made available to achieve the outputs required against our customers' requirements, while also considering potential quality impacts due to climate change risks. 

Treo Civil is committed to ensuring customer requirements are met, and efforts are focused on enhancing customer satisfaction while meeting our statutory and regulatory requirements. 

While ensuring and maintaining our customer focus, our company will identify risks and opportunities associated with the conformity of our services against our customer and regulatory requirements. The Quality Policy is communicated throughout Treo Civil Pty Ltd through inductions and Intranet and by being displayed prominently in the Site Office.

The nominated Quality Manager will review the Quality Policy in consultation with relevant persons at regular intervals (annually) or sooner when deemed necessary.

Our policy is to ensure that any work carried out within the scope of the business is conducted in compliance with the HSEQMS and complies with all applicable regulatory requirements.

Our policy is to ensure that any work carried out within the scope of the business is conducted in compliance with the HSEQMS and complies with all applicable regulatory requirements. 

Emphasis will be placed on effective management, ensuring a systematic approach to the identification of risks, including those arising from climate change factors, using a hierarchy of controls to control these risks. To deliver these responsibilities, we undertake to: 

  • Ÿ maintain a safe and healthy place of work by providing plant, equipment, and systems of work that reduce risks to people’s health and safety,
  • Ÿ promote OHS awareness within the company and encourage workers to participate in the decision-making processes within the HSEQMS,
  • Ÿ ensure compliance with all relevant safety legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and other requirements associated with our operations,
  • Ÿ for outsourced processes or services, we will determine criteria and control methods to conform to our requirements and regulatory authorities,
  • Ÿ arrange for the effective planning, organisation, control, monitoring, and review of preventative and protective measures,
  • Ÿ have in place a framework for setting and reviewing our OHS objectives and targets,
  • Ÿ train, educate, and inform our workers about OHS issues that may affect their work, and
  • Ÿ commit to reporting OHS performance with measurable targets to ensure continued improvement.

Treo Civil Pty Ltd is committed to managing the environmental impact of our business processes. It is our policy to ensure that work is conducted in an environmentally aware and responsible manner and complies with all applicable regulatory requirements. 

The importance of this policy will be communicated to all workers, contractors, visitors, suppliers, and other external bodies as relevant. 

This commitment ensures that operations do not unnecessarily endanger flora, fauna, sensitive areas, and sites of heritage and/or indigenous importance. Our intent, therefore, is to: 

  • Ÿ promote environmental awareness within the company and encourage workers to work in an environmentally responsible manner, continually improve our practices to prevent pollution and harm to the environment, and contribute to climate change mitigation,
  • Ÿ continually improve our practices to prevent pollution and harm to the environment, 
  • Ÿ have in place a framework for setting and reviewing our environmental objectives and targets,
  • Ÿ ensure compliance with all relevant environmental legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and other requirements associated with our operations – including those addressing climate change,
